ANZ Netball Ticket Competition Terms and Conditions

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Competition dates

The ANZ netball ticket competition starts at 12pm on Wednesday, 1 May 2024 and ends at 12pm on Friday, 3 May 2024.

The prize

By entering the competition you could win one of 20 double passes to one ANZ Premiership 2024 regular season match, taking place in New Zealand.

Each winner may select one match of their choice from the fixtures listed on the ANZ Premiership website, and will receive two tickets to that match – subject to availability. Where there’s no availability the winner may choose alternative matches until there’s availability.

If you win, you’ll need to pay any costs associated with claiming the prize. The prize is a double pass only and all other costs associated with attending the match are not included.

How to enter

You must comment on the ANZ netball ticket promotion 2024 Facebook or Instagram post with the ANZ Premiership team you support between 12pm Wednesday, 1 May 2024 and 12pm Friday, 3 May 2024.

Entries will be invalid if they:

  • Cannot be read or understood
  • Are incomplete
  • Break any intellectual property rights or are plagiarised
  • Are discriminatory in any way, including racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic, transphobic or any other content we consider offensive.

An entry is received at the time it appears on Facebook/Instagram, not at the time you send or post it.

By entering the competition, you accept these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To enter you must be:

  • Aged 18 or older
  • A New Zealand resident, or living in New Zealand with at least six months remaining on a valid visa when entering the competition.

One entry per person only. Any attempts to misuse the system to obtain more than one entry will mean disqualification of all your entries, at ANZ New Zealand’s sole discretion.

ANZ employees and contractors are not eligible to enter the competition.

All entries will be verified based on the eligibility criteria listed in these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry without notice if it doesn’t meet eligibility requirements or breaches these terms and conditions.

The prize draw

The prize draw will take place on Monday, 6 May 2024.

If your entry is one of the first 20 entries drawn that meet these terms and conditions, and we can contact you, you will win a prize.

We will contact the potential winner(s) by direct message on Facebook or Instagram within one working day of the prize draw. If the potential winner(s) cannot be reached or do not contact ANZ within one working day of ANZ’s attempt to contact them, they will forfeit the prize and another entry will be drawn.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, we may swap it for a similar or equal prize without notice.

Our decision is final.
